In jedem Enttapp-Segment phasen bleibende Karten mit Instabilität, die du kontrollierst, hinaus, und deine hinausphasten kommen wieder herein — bevor du enttappst. Hinausphaste werden behandelt, als existierten sie nicht. Auf Karten: „destabilisieren / stabilisieren“; das Regelwort ist Instabilität.

During each untap step, permanents with phasing that you control phase out, and your phased-out permanents phase in, before you untap. Phased-out permanents are treated as though they do not exist. On German cards, “phase out / in” is “destabilisieren / stabilisieren”; the rules noun is Instabilität.
